Our Sales team is responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts with our clients, arranging sales, marketing and advertising. Clients may receive their initial information about the properties available for sale from various sources: through specialized real estate publications, from our CompanyТs regular appearances at real estate exhibitions in Bulgaria and overseas, from the website of ASPECTI Investment and Construction Group, through a phone call to our central office or through the numerous real estate agencies with which we are in partnership. The Sales team organizes the entire property sale process: appraisal, negotiation, legal representation and notarial services, processing of mortgage applications (in cases of purchase on a bank loan) and the entire flow of documentation until the key to the property is handed to the buyer. For a basic presentation of the parameters of the items for sale, their architectural layout and the payment options, our clients are referred to the sales manager. Personal interaction with the customer allows us to tailor our product to their needs, ideas, financial capacity and expectations and any additional requirements on both sides. A negligible part of our sales in the Bulgarian market take place through other, non-proprietary real estate agencies, as it is our policy to rely on direct sales to the end customer.
